Aligned with the value of ethics in conducting business and in the relationship with partners, consumers, employees and society, SUINCO launched its Complaint Channel.

The purpose is to provide an open channel for communication and dialogue so that you have the freedom to report any information of misconduct, serious, ethical or illegal conduct that is contrary to our responsibility as a cooperative, violates the Code of Ethics and Conduct of SUINCO and/or violates our values and mission.

We are aware of the challenge of becoming one of the largest pork processing industries in Brazil, and only with your support we can achieve the continuous improvement of all processes in our value chain.

HOW THE COMPLAINT CHANNEL WORKS

The complaints can be registered through the website. It is not necessary to identify yourself, and anonymity is guaranteed.

Rest assured: we do not record the IP of computers; we guarantee the secrecy and confidentiality of the complaints we receive. SUINCO assures the complainant the right to remain anonymous and the guarantee of no retaliation.
